This  music hall song written, composed and sung by\u00a0Harry Lauder<\/a> seem to have provided part of the chorus of the sea shanty which is usually known as\u00a0Baltimore<\/em>\u00a0or\u00a0Up she goes<\/em>\u00a0<\/a>. The original song does not seem to have featured in the repertoire of traditional singers, but the sea shanty has been collected many times both from sailors and traditional singers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
